Getting Here and Around

Ingelosi, the official Sun City shuttle, travels between Johannesburg (pickups are in various locations, including O. R. Tambo) and Sun City twice daily, and once a day from Pretoria. The tickets cost R1,000 one-way for one or two people, though the per-person price drops quickly with a larger group. Otherwise, to get to the area you'll need to arrange a private transfer or a rental car.

Within the Sun City complex are shuttle buses that ferry visitors between the entertainment complex and the various hotels, and the Sky Train monorail transports day visitors from the parking lot to the resort's entertainment complex.
