Norwegian Cruise Line

10-day Cruise to Iceland & Greenland from Reykjavik, Iceland on Norwegian Star

From Iceland to Greenland and back, you’ll experience the most awe-inspiring sights nature has to offer in the northern hemisphere. Start your tour of Greenland by making like a polar bear and going to Nanortalik, which literally translates to “place where the polar bears go.” But that’s not all the wildlife in the area, there are many minke whales in the waters around the town, swimming around waiting for you to spot them. At only 150 miles south of the Arctic Circle – at the mouth of a group of fjords – Nuuk, the capital of Greenland, is the perfect for a whale-watching trip, a dog-sled ride, or glacier exploration. Visit museums, hike along the extraordinary vistas or explore the botanical gardens that make Akureyri such a gem.
