Catamaran And Zip Lining

Catamaran and Zip Lining

Your amazing adventure begins with a meet and greet from your local guide at the cruise port after debarking your ship.

From here, you will have a short transfer and board your catamaran and sail down St. Lucia’s west coast to Soufriere, all the while capturing by sight and photography, the beauty this place has to offer. Soufriere is known to be the heart and soul of St. Lucia. It’s a place surrounded by colonial-era edifices scattered amid brightly painted wooden storefronts and bustling seafront. You will have the opportunity to see UNESCO World Heritage Site – the Gros and Petite Pitons – rising out of the sea before heading to the historic Morne Coubaril Estate.

The Morne Coubaril Estate is an 18th-century restored plantation home that depicts the history of cotton, sugarcane, cocoa, and coffee production. For those adventurous travelers and outdoor enthusiast, you can get your adrenaline fix on the Soufriere Hotwire zip-line excursion through the rainforests at the foot of picturesque Petite Piton.

You will return just in time for lunch, where the on-site restaurant will serve a creole lunch buffet prepared using some of the provisions and vegetables produced on the estate.

After your visit, you will return to the boat and head back up the coast to enjoy a swim or snorkeling (gear will be provided) in the clear waters of this Caribbean delight. Once you have explored the majestic underworld of St. Lucia and swam amongst the fascinating sea life, you will head over to see Marigot Bay, considered St. Lucia’s best hurricane haven and location to some of the world’s best-known movies.

Sail back to the dock and your ship as you try new dance moves on the catamaran where the fun doesn’t stop as you sway to some of the Caribbean’s most loved party songs.

Day 1 St. Lucia is an island of verdant landscapes in every direction: A dense rain forest rises up and covers The Pitons' twin peaks, and in the valleys, the sun's rays dance upon the large yellow-green leaves of banana plants. Beyond all the greenery, you'll find isolated coves, stunning beaches, colonial towns, quiet fishing villages and first-class yachting facilities.

Sports-enthusiasts needn't worry about feeling idle on a St. Lucia vacation. The island has plenty of activities to partake in, from water sports such as diving and snorkeling to land options like hiking through the rain forest and exploring a volcano.

Lucia's beaches are awe-inspiring, with strands of black volcanic sand, mile-long stretches of white beach and gorgeous palm-fringed bays bordered by towering mountains. Nature's impact on St. Lucia's beaches has made each one more breathtaking than the last.
