Chankanaab Snorkel with Lunch

Spend 3 hours at Chankanaab, Cozumel’s top natural attraction! Once here, you will be expertly outfitted in snorkeling gear, then it’s into the crystal clear waters to explore the world’s second-largest coral reef under the guidance of your trained guides!

See the wide variety of marine life as multicolored fish swim around you, and be sure to check out the underwater museum with its amazing statues and structures. Not a fan of snorkeling? Not a problem! Relax on the beach and dig your toes into the white, powdery sand as you soak in the scenery. There is even a sandy beach entry and shoreside playground area for the wee ones.

Once back on the beach you will be treated to a delicious A la Carte lunch. You can choose from several meal options that will delight your palate. Enjoy some free time to explore the park on your own: check out the Mayan replicas in the botanical gardens or drop in on an entertaining sea lion show. Book this 3-hour tour now for an exciting and memorable day in Cozumel’s Chankanaab National Park.

Please Note: As of February 2024, the Cozumel Port authorities have implemented a unique Reef Protection Program aimed at fostering and safeguarding our Cozumel reefs and their associated marine life. A Marine fee of $11 US per person is due upon arrival and these funds are to protect our reefs from the hazardous White Syndrome and prevent contamination of our ocean and coral reef areas. We recommend a biodegradable Sunscreen (allow it to dry) before getting into the water/ocean to protect the reefs and marine life. Dolphin experiences and activities are not included in this tour; however, beach chairs, loungers, shaded palapas, hammocks, and changing rooms are provided.

Day 1 A Caribbean island paradise, Cozumel lies a short distance from Mexico's Yucatán Peninsula. Tourism is the main economic engine here: visitors can enjoy a variety of activities, whether taking advantage of world-class snorkeling and scuba diving, swimming with dolphins, or lounging with a drink at one of the island's seaside resorts. Venture outside of touristy downtown Cozumel to discover the island's breathtaking natural beauty. Drive to the island's southern tip to Punta Sur Park, home to some colorful wildlife and one of Cozumel's most spectacular beaches, or head north to the San Gervasio archaeological site, where you'll find ancient Mayan ruins and a wildlife refuge brimming with iguanas. Visit Cozumel in February to experience the island's festive Carnival celebrations, occurring annually the week prior to Mardi Gras. Stunning Cozumel awaits!
