Your tour begins before sunset deep in the heart of the Florida Everglades at the Sawgrass Recreational Park, conveniently located 30 minutes outside of Fort Lauderdale. Once the sun has set, you’ll meet your knowledgeable and experienced captain as you climb aboard your airboat for a nocturnal tour of this mysterious natural environment. Go deep into the sawgrass and cattails of the Everglades, where you’ll find all manner of exotic wildlife waiting to be encountered. Your airboat captain will guide you through this incredible wilderness. You’ll learn about the native Seminole tribes that inhabited this area, as well as the panthers, gators, and snakes who shared the rivers and swamps with them.
