With a passionate local leading the way, you’ll take in the Southern gothic glory of Bonaventure Cemetery, walk the historic streets of Savannah and hear stories behind the landmarks of Charleston. Head to the Appalachian Mountains for a visit to Biltmore House in Asheville, the United States’ largest home. Then finish your adventure in the toe-tapping heartland of country and western music. Day 1

Atlanta, Georgia, is a city where Southern charm meets modern sophistication, making it a must-visit destination for travelers. Known as the "City in a Forest" due to its lush tree canopy, Atlanta boasts a vibrant blend of history, culture, and innovation. Explore the iconic Martin Luther King Jr. National Historical Park, where you can walk in the footsteps of the Civil Rights leader, visiting his childhood home and the church where he preached. Nearby, the Atlanta History Center offers an immersive look into the city's rich past, from the Civil War to the modern era, set amidst beautiful gardens and historic homes.

Downtown Atlanta is a hub of activity, brimming with attractions that captivate visitors. The Georgia Aquarium, one of the largest aquariums in the world, allows guests to marvel at a diverse array of marine life, including whale sharks and beluga whales. Just next door, the World of Coca-Cola provides a fizzy journey through the history of the world’s most famous beverage, complete with tastings from around the globe. Tour some of the city's most important old buildings for a glimpse into her gracious past. Stroll the spacious squares and follow a narrated walk throught he mansion-museums that mark this district; then visit historic Fort Pulaski.
