Roatan Island Tour and Horseback Riding is a unique and fun-filled way to spend your day on the Island of Roatan.
Upon collection from the cruise port, your English-speaking tour representative will accompany you to your air-conditioned vehicle before taking off to explore the culture of beautiful Roatan.
You will first set off on a grand sightseeing tour of the island, making many stops introducing you to the local culture and history of Roatan. During these stops, you will have the opportunity to wander around taking pictures or shop for products produced by local artisans. The sightseeing tour will eventually lead you to the horseback riding destination.
The scenery throughout the horseback tour is simply amazing. Beginning in the jungle, you will take a smooth horse ride to the beach and through surrounding villages. The horseback riding experience is suitable for those who have never ridden horses and those with a bit more experience; the horses are highly trained, very friendly, calm, and tame. It is an authentic experience to be remembered forever.
After you’ve experienced the best of Roatan, you will close out your experience at La Palpa Beach Restaurant for a delicious and authentic Roatan island lunch.

An extensive reef system offers the most spectacular diving and snorkeling in the Western hemisphere, while inland nature reserves give an up-close look at native wildlife, including monkeys, sloths, and parrots. After a day spent underwater, take time to shop and dine on local eats near the shores of French Harbor and Brick Bay. |
