Please Note: The tour duration is only an estimate of how long it takes for most people to visit this attraction. Guests can arrive at any time during the opening hours. Transportation is not included in the tour price, so you can come and go at will. The zoo is open from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM in winter (May to August) and from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM in summer (September to April).

The zoo is located on a slope. Although it is wheelchair accessible, guests should have someone with them to push. Wheelchairs are available to borrow for free at the zoo with advanced notice at time of booking. Strollers are also available for an additional charge. Children 3 years of age or younger may attend the tour free of charge.
