You will be treated like VIPs as your guide drives you in air-conditioned comfort to the heart of Sabeto Valley. Once here you will learn about the thermal springs, the history and the benefits of mud on your skin – then it’s time to get muddy. Cover yourself completely with mud and let it dry, then dip into a series of warm water pools to cleanse the mud from you. Emerge from the waters with soft, silky skin and then take some time for a relaxing massage (optional at your own expense). Complete your experience with a roadside stop for luscious, tropical fruit or a cold coconut as you head back to your ship.

Be sure to take a stroll through the Lautoka Botanical Gardens, or venture just outside of the city to take in the natural beauty of Koroyanitu National Park, a rainforest preserve with spectacular hikes and bird-watching excursions. |
