Although the Bahamas is not a wine producer, bottles of wine are blended from grapes gathered from several countries making it a truly unique Bahamian experience. Here you can taste wines from across the globe, learn the entire grape-growing season, and be educated on the wine-making process. As leaders in the revitalization of West Hill Street, this location of the Sisters of Charity convent, its chapel, and the former Mountbatten home, has been transformed into an area where visitors can explore the culture and history of The Bahamas.
Your expert and knowledgeable guides will lead you through the nuances of wine tannins, acidity, balance and finish. Continue your experience by mixing and blending the varietals to create your very own bottle of wine, bottled with your own label to memorialize your visit to Bahama Barrels at Graycliff.
