Bayerischer Bahnhof is, just as the name implies, an old railway station. It has a great welcoming atmosphere and, of course, a long list of beer to choose from. The food is German and comes at reasonable prices.

Dining
Leipzig offers a rich variety of dining options, with restaurants serving everything from international cuisine to traditional Saxon dishes such as Schnitzel, dumplings, and roast pork. The city's long-standing passion for coffee dates back to 1695 when coffee houses became popular meeting spots. It's no surprise, then, that Leipzig is home to a variety of cosy cafés, including one that ranks among the most famous in the world.
