Dining

Moroccan cuisine, in general, consists of the staples of meat ― mainly chicken and lamb ― a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, and couscous. The most renowned Moroccan dish is the tajine, a slowly cooked stew of meat, vegetables, fruit and nuts.
