Spooner's Ginnery is a historical site located at the edge of the town of Cayon in Saint Kitts. The property was used to process sugar cane until it was converted into a cotton ginnery. Although Spooner's Ginnery is gaining popularity nowadays, it is still a tourist attraction for those looking to avoid tourist crowds and learn about local history in a quiet environment. Today it is the only cotton ginnery still standing. Visitors can have a glimpse into the island's history and beautiful views of the surrounding land.
