Public Transport

Girona is a relatively modest size city and the entire historical centre can easily be covered on foot. For visiting the surrounding area and the neighbouring towns, Girona is a hub for a well-connected transport system of trains and buses. Both the bus and the train station are located on Plaça Espanya, where there are regular links to Barcelona, Figueres and the Costa Brava.
