Bearing the vestiges of Andalusian cuisine, Jerez blends its rich, traditional flavours with local specialities in which sherry comes as a welcomed ingredient and the finest seafood arrives fresh from the nearby towns. The main concentration of restaurants sits along Calle Consistorio and Plaza Vargas, serving the best of the regional cuisine.
