Tucked away in the corner of the Old Dutch Hospital, Ministry of Crab is an upscale restaurant offering excellent seafood in a contemporary setting. Curry crab, baked crab, and garlic chilli crab–choose your preferred variety, or go for a different one but equally delicious. Make reservations ahead of time as this is a very popular restaurant.

One of the joys when travelling to Sri Lanka is trying the country's delicious, spice-rich food.
