Ramen-Ya, literally translated as 'the noodle place,' is an authentic Japanese restaurant situated at Linnéplatsen. This place is known for serving, arguably, the best ramen in the city—some would even dare to say it 'the best ramen outside of Japan.' Ramen-Ya also offers a few vegan options, and in case you want to further enhance the broth flavour, they also provide you with fresh garlic and a mincer. Just be sure to book a table in advance, as this place gets usually packed.

Dining
Gothenburg is synonymous with great food — the freshest ingredients and the tastiest dishes from both the land and the sea. Seafood is highly recommended in Gothenburg, and whether you choose a prawn sandwich in a café or a perfectly cooked halibut in a fine dining restaurant, you'll discover that seafood does taste better when it is caught so close to your plate.
