Kalk's speciality is gourmet hamburgers. Beyond its dining offerings, Kalk is the entertainment hub of Northern Öland, featuring a nightclub, live music, and stand-up comedy nights. The restaurant operates during the summer months (June through August) and the Harvest Festival. In the winter, it aims to be open at least one weekend per month.
