At the very end of the pier in Sandvik, you'll find Sandvik's Fish and Harbour Kitchen — a combination of a restaurant and fish shop, offering a variety of fresh, smoked and cured fish. The Harbour Kitchen offers numerous fish dishes, sandwiches, and baguettes. Besides these, alternative dishes such as hamburgers, sausages, and pyttipanna (the ultimate comfort food created by frying a bit of everything that is delicious in one pan) are also served.
