Hawksmoor Manchester is a British steakhouse and cocktail bar located in a late Victorian courthouse on Deansgate. Their menu revolves around the best ingredients they can find — whether it be beef from ethically-reared, grass-fed native cattle, sustainable seafood from around the British coast or seasonal fruits and vegetables. All cooked simply and served by friendly people who love what they do. This is accompanied by a list of carefully selected wines, original cocktails and beers brewed locally in the North West.
