The Whiskey Steak Wine floor-to-ceiling windows allow stunning views of Hilo Bay, Coconut Island and Mauna Kea Mountain. All of the beef is Prime Grade or Premium Certified Black Angus Grade, and the selection of seafood is outstanding. The centerpiece of the dining room is an impressive walk-around wine and whisky display cellar.
