The Spur Cross Ranch Conservation Area is a welcome addition to Cave Creek’s rich natural landscaping and history. Spanning 2,154 acres are wildflowers, flowing riparian regions, vegetation, fauna, and archeological sites of mining and ranching. Tread and hike along the Dragonfly, Elephant Mountain, Metate, Spur Cross, Tortuga, and Towhee trails.
