Lihue Airport (LIH)

Kauai’s main airport is Lihue Airport (LIH), located in southeastern Lihue on the island's east end, 2 nautical miles east of the center of the CDP. It serves as the aviation gateway to Kauai with direct routes to two other islands, Honolulu and Kahului/Maui. Direct flights are also available to the United States mainland, and Vancouver, Canada. Ground transportation is provided by rental car, taxi, shuttle, courtesy buses, and the Kauai County bus, which runs from Kekaha to Hanalei with daily stops at the Lihue Airport (bus stop in front of the terminal).
