This may look like yet another grilled cheese restaurant, but in reality it's more than that. Its employees are formerly incarcerated individuals, and All Square is working hard to give them a second chance to make sure that they receive a chance to be reintroduced into the current social tissue. Its food offering includes both gluten-free and vegetarian options, to be enjoyed in their neon-lit interiors.
