For fare, La Toque serves a combination of American Contemporary and French Eclectic cuisine. Dishes include Slow Cooked Pork Cheek with Roasted Root Vegetables, Lemon Parsley Root, Espuma and Crispy Brussels Sprouts Leaves, the Pacific King Salmon “Tournedos” a la Plancha with Oyster Mushrooms, Pearl Onions and Beurre Rouge.
