Shabu

Championing a menu of “Freestyle Asian Cuisine,” Shabu was voted “Park City's Best Restaurant” and one of Conde Nast Traveler's “Top 12 New Restaurants in the U.S.” The acclaimed Shabu is the pride of Nobu-trained chef Robert Valaika, who specializes in hot-pot cooking. There are small “cold” plates like Yellowtail Jalapeño, “hot” plates like the Wagyu Beef Hot Rock, signature dishes like the Miso Glazed Black Cod and Shabu Shabu, and large plates like the Pan Seared Grouper. The dishes are grandly designed, as well as the outdoor seating and indoor ambiance.
