Step into a piece of history called The Buckhorn Saloon. Feel the Old West all around you as you sit at the bar surrounded by various animal decorations. After having a drink or a snack, visit one of the two museums on location. The Buckhorn museum houses many different animals, about 520 species of all kinds, from fish to elephants. Additionally, the Texas Ranger museum has exhibits that highlight the long arm of the law back in the day. Hundreds of artifacts such as revolvers, badges and photographs. There is even a recreation of San Antonio during those times with a working jail, telegraph office, as well as a Bonnie and Clyde exhibit.
