The Tipsy Crow

Situated in the Gaslamp Quarter in one of Downtown’s most historic buildings, which dates back to 1874, The Tipsy Crow invites you to check out the three floors of Tipsy. The bottom floor is the dancing stage with lots of music and a DJ, on the middle floor, you'll find the main bar, pool tables, and some old-school board games, while the top floor is the VIP lounge area. On top of that, they still serve some good quality food.
