Following in the vein of founder, owner, and carrot enthusiast Debi Helseth, the Carrot Tree Kitchen is Williamsburg’s scratch bakery. Along with the fabulous cakes and pastries, Carrot Tree also serves brunch and dinner. The cuisine is new and traditional American, with sandwiches, seafood, vegan, and vegetarian dishes.
