Captain Parker's is the conception of former Boston schoolteacher Gerry Manning, who actualized his dream of running a restaurant when Captain Parker's opened its doors in 1981. Famous for its "Triple Crown" clam chowder, Captain Parker's pub is part bar, part family-friendly restaurant.
